This material is composed of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically containing 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, while it is also available in a full-strength variant, Delrin 100AF, which features 20% PTFE on a custom order basis. The DE588 variant of this material is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.
