Delrin® AF Blend is a unique thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are essential. This material is a combination of PTFE fibers uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, specifically formulated to include 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13, which is consistently 13% PTFE powder-filled. Additionally, full-strength Delrin 100AF, which contains 20% PTFE, is available on a custom order basis. Delrin® 100AF is fully certified for US Naval specifications, ensuring it meets rigorous performance and compliance standards.
