Delrin® AF Blend is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for applications involving moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are critical. This unique blend consists of Delrin® acetal resin integrated with 13% PTFE fibers, providing enhanced performance characteristics. The standard grade includes 13% PTFE fibre-filled LF-13, while the powder-filled variant consistently incorporates 13% PTFE. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin 100AF with 20% PTFE, is available upon custom order. Furthermore, DE588 is a fully certified grade of Delrin® 100AF that meets US naval specifications.
