Delrin® AF Blend (Delrin® AF Blend with 13% PTFE [Standard Grade]) is a specialized thermoplastic material designed for moving parts where low friction and extended wear life are critical. This material is composed of PTFE fibers that are uniformly dispersed in Delrin® acetal resin, typically containing 13% PTFE fiber-filled LF-13. Additionally, a full-strength version, Delrin® 100AF with 20% PTFE, is available through custom orders. The DE588 variant is a fully-certified Delrin® 100AF that meets US Naval specifications, ensuring compliance and reliability in demanding applications.
