Crp-1 sheet is an FM 4910 listed PVC-based sheet with enhanced performance features, including improved surface gloss and easier weldability compared to PVC-C. This white laminated material exceeds the temperature resistance of standard PVC compounds, making it suitable for typical wet bench cabinetry and enclosures. The proprietary formulation of Crp-1 provides a high gloss finish and consistent surface and color quality, ensuring exceptional long-lasting aesthetics in clean-room environments. It is designed for proven applications such as semiconductor process enclosures, rinse modules, wafer transfer interfaces, dry tool enclosures, components, and electrical cabinets. The standard size of the sheet is 48" x 96" with extruded gauges ranging from .250" to 1.0" and pressed gauges from 1.0" through 4.0". Additionally, Lamcorr offers a unique JSR rod for welding Lam Crp-1 to Lam PVDF sheet and components.
