Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, developed using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This formulation features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties along with high pressure/velocity performance and excellent wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size components, making it ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, this material offers a significant advantage, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, ensuring reliability and longevity in various industrial settings.
