Nylatron® NSM nylon is the premier bearing and wear nylon product available, produced through Quadrant's Monocast® process. This proprietary type 6 nylon formulation includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity resistance, and superior wear resistance characteristics. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger sized parts, making it an ideal choice for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM has a lifespan that can be up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
