Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process, featuring a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is designed for demanding applications that require larger size parts and is particularly suitable for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it offers remarkable longevity, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
