Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process, which involves a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, enabling high pressure/velocity performance along with superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically engineered for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, this advanced formulation exhibits an impressive lifespan, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
