Nylatron® NSM nylon is an advanced bearing and wear nylon product formulated using Quadrant's Monocast® process, featuring proprietary type 6 nylon characteristics. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and excellent wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger sized components, making it suitable for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. Notably, in wear applications, Nylatron NSM demonstrates a lifespan that can be up to 10 times longer than that of standard type 6 nylon, ensuring enhanced performance and durability in various rigorous environments.
