Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product made through Quadrant's Monocast® process, utilizing a proprietary Type 6 nylon formulation. This material features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capability, and superior wear resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring larger size parts. Nylatron NSM is particularly ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it has a lifespan that can be up to 10 times longer than that of standard Type 6 nylon, ensuring enhanced durability and reliability in various operational contexts.
