Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, produced using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This type 6 nylon formulation includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and exceptional wear resistance. Designed for demanding applications requiring larger parts, Nylatron NSM is well-suited for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it exhibits a lifespan that can be up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, making it an ideal choice for applications that require durability and longevity.
