Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product formulated from proprietary type 6 nylon and produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process. It features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, along with high pressure/velocity tolerance and superior wear resistance. Designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, Nylatron NSM is well-suited for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it boasts a lifespan of up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, making it an excellent choice for durability and reliability in various industrial environments.
