Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product made using Quadrant's Monocast® process, which features a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for high pressure and velocity applications while offering superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that require larger-sized components, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM can last up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, ensuring enhanced durability and performance in various industrial settings.
