Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product formulated with proprietary type 6 nylon using Quadrant's Monocast® process. This material features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is designed for demanding applications requiring larger size components and is particularly suitable for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it boasts a lifespan up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, making it an excellent choice for high-stress environments.
