Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, crafted using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This Type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and exceptional wear resistance. Designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, Nylatron NSM is well-suited for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it boasts a lifespan up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon, making it an ideal choice for high-performance needs.
