Tygothane® C-210-A is a precision polyurethane tubing manufactured through a rigidly controlled process that ensures consistently tight tolerances across different production lots. This flexible tubing features high elasticity, facilitating easy and secure attachment to fittings. Constructed from a tough, ester-based polyurethane, it exhibits clarity, high tear strength, and excellent abrasion resistance, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as fuel and lubricant lines, pneumatic lines, abrasive product transfer, and cable jacketing. Tygothane® offers exceptional resistance to oils, greases, fuels, and various chemicals, and is capable of withstanding rugged daily use while resisting weathering. This tubing can operate effectively at temperatures ranging from -100°F (-73°C) to 200°F (93°C). It complies with FDA criteria for food and beverage use and is available in ether-based, medical-grade, and reinforced formulations. Typical applications include food and cosmetic processing, abrasive and viscous slurry transfer, lubrication and degreaser dispensing, pellet and powder transfer, pneumatic sensory devices, instrumentation control lines, coolant recovery systems, and tube oil skimmers.
