GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets exhibit excellent performance in electrical applications demanding high arc and carbon track resistance, as well as flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. Commonly utilized in the fabrication of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels for switchgear and various electrical apparatus, GPO-3 is recognized by UL with a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical applications and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical use. It is available in standard thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00" thick and comes in standard red, along with specialty colors of black and white. The standard grade supplied by Professional Plastics is H900, and GPO-3 is also available in various profiles, including angles and channels.
