Tygon® A-60-F food process tubing, also known as Norprene A-60-F tubing, is specifically formulated to endure the high temperatures commonly encountered in food and beverage processing. This tubing is designed to outlast and outperform nearly all other food-grade tubings, demonstrating remarkable durability even after prolonged exposure to heat and ozone, as it does not crack or deteriorate like traditional rubber tubings. Its extreme flexibility ensures resistance to kinks and maintains its shape, facilitating quick and easy installation. The tubing features excellent flexural fatigue resistance, making it ideal for use in peristaltic pumps often utilized in dispensing equipment. Tygon® A-60-F food process tubing is repeatedly autoclavable and can be steam cleaned in place, reducing the frequency of tubing replacement.
