GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets provide excellent performance in electrical applications requiring high arc and carbon track resistance, flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. This laminate is widely utilized for the fabrication of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels in switchgear and various types of electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product with a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical applications and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical applications, molded in thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00". Available in standard red and specialty colors such as black and white, the standard GPO-3 grade is supplied by Professional Plastics. Additionally, GPO-3 is offered in a variety of profiles, including angles and channels.
