GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets are designed for electrical applications that necessitate high arc and carbon track resistance, along with flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. This laminate is widely utilized in the production of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels in switchgear and various types of electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is UL recognized, featuring a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical applications and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical uses. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00", and it comes in standard color red, with additional specialty colors black and white. The standard GPO-3 grade provided by Professional Plastics is H900, and it is also available in various profiles, including angles and channels.
