The CM HTP and HTG clevis trolley is designed for easy installation in seconds, facilitating precise positioning or seamless traversing of loads with any manual or powered hoist. This trolley accommodates a wide range of flange widths, allowing for quick adjustment by simply turning the trolley axle, which eliminates the need for loose parts like spacer washers during installation. Adjustments can be made by rotating the clevis load bar, ensuring the hoist remains centered in the clevis and preventing lateral movement. The trolley wheels are pre-lubricated with encapsulated ball bearings, providing smooth rolling operation. For safety, the trolleys feature wrap-around steel guards that protect the trolley and offer drop protection. Additionally, optional rubber bumpers are available as equipment enhancements.
