The Flexo PET (PT) grade is designed for use in electronics, automotive, marine, and industrial wire harnessing applications, emphasizing cost efficiency and durability. This product features a unique braided construction and wide expandability, facilitating quick and easy installation over large connectors and extended runs. The PT grade is commonly utilized in environments ranging from small office/home office settings to advanced wire and cable harnesses. It is available in a wide range of colors and sizes, enabling systematic color coding in complex wiring and cabling configurations. Made from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, PT offers a wide operating temperature range, resistance to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. The sleeving can be easily and cleanly cut with a hot knife, and once installed, it enhances the aesthetic appeal while providing protection for any wire, hose, or cable application.
