Techflex has engineered Flexo Clean Cut by adjusting the physical characteristics of polyethylene terephthalate filaments, producing a product with specifications comparable to traditional PET sleeving. This unique material can be cut with ordinary scissors while maintaining an extraordinarily fray-resistant end, without the need for chemical binders or adhesives, making it ideal for field installers and situations where a hot knife is inaccessible. Clean Cut's fray-resistant properties enable frequent expansion of the cut end without unraveling, and when cut with a hot knife, it yields a clean, smooth, and virtually frayless finish. The braided design provides maximum coverage while allowing sufficient expansion for easy installation over plugs and connectors.
