The Flexo PET (PT) grade is designed for use in electronics, automotive, marine, and industrial wire harnessing applications where cost efficiency and durability are essential. It features a unique braided construction with wide expandability, enabling quick and easy installation over large connectors and long runs. PT is suitable for applications that range from small office/home office setups to high-tech wire and cable harnesses. A variety of colors and sizes are available, facilitating systematic color coding in complex wiring schemes. The sleeving is braided from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, offering a wide operating temperature range, resistance to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. The sleeving can be cut easily and cleanly with a hot knife, and once installed, it enhances and protects any wire, hose, or cable application.
