Insultherm is an extremely high temperature resistant sleeve designed for thermal protection of wires, cables, and hoses in environments subjected to continuous and extreme high temperatures, such as engine manifolds and exhaust systems. This product is constructed from braided fiberglass yarns, saturated with high temperature resins to enhance stability and reduce irritating fiberglass dusting during cutting and installation. Insultherm's tough and durable design maintains its tight structure under extreme vibration, abrasion, mechanical stress, and temperature variations. It is available in a wide range of diameters, cuts cleanly with scissors, and installs easily over various applications to either deflect or retain heat in environments up to 1,200°F.
