PT is suitable for a variety of applications, from small office/home office setups to high-tech wire and cable harnesses. It is available in a wide range of colors and sizes, facilitating easy and systematic color coding in complex wiring and cabling schemes. Made from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, the material boasts a wide operating temperature range and is resistant to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. The sleeving can be cut easily and cleanly with a hot knife, and once installed, it enhances the appearance while providing protection for wires, hoses, or cable applications.
