The Flexo PET (PT) grade is designed for use in electronics, automotive, marine, and industrial wire harnessing applications, prioritizing cost efficiency and durability. It features a unique braided construction and wide expandability for quick and easy installation over large connectors and long runs. PT finds application in both small office/home office setups and high-tech wire and cable harnesses. This product is available in a wide range of colors and sizes, facilitating systematic color coding in complex wiring and cabling schemes. Made from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, the sleeving exhibits a broad operating temperature range, with resistance to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. It can be easily and cleanly cut with a hot knife, and once installed, it enhances the appearance and protection of any wire, hose, or cable application.
