PT finds its applications ranging from small office/home office setups to advanced wire and cable harnesses. The product is available in a wide variety of colors and sizes, enabling efficient color coding in complex wiring and cabling schemes. Constructed from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, this sleeving exhibits a wide operating temperature range and is resistant to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. It can be easily and cleanly cut with a hot knife, ensuring that, once installed, it not only beautifies but also protects any wire, hose, or cable application.
