The Flexo PET (PT) grade is designed for use in electronics, automotive, marine, and industrial wire harnessing applications, where cost efficiency and durability are essential. This product features a unique braided construction and offers wide expandability, enabling quick and easy installation over large connectors and long runs. PT is utilized in a variety of applications from small office/home office setups to high-tech wire and cable harnesses. It is available in a wide range of colors and sizes, facilitating easy and systematic color coding in complex wiring and cabling schemes. The sleeving is braided from 10 mil polyethylene terephthalate (PET) monofilament yarns, which provide a broad operating temperature range and resistance to chemical degradation, UV radiation, and abrasion. PT can be cut effortlessly and cleanly with a hot knife and, once installed, enhances and protects any wire, hose, or cable application.
