Wheaton® sample vials, available in 20ml or 0.68oz capacities, feature a clear design with a 24-400 finish and are constructed from type I borosilicate glass. Each vial includes a septa made of 5 mils of PTFE facing and 120 mils of silicone, which is bonded to the cap to ensure an effective seal. The product carries a Prop 65 warning, indicating that it can expose users to chemicals such as tetrafluoroethylene, recognized by the State of California as potential carcinogens.
