Polypropylene storage boxes provide compact storage and keep cryo vials organized on the bench, in the freezer, or during transport. Unlike cardboard models, these sturdy boxes are autoclavable and will not break down with exposure to moisture and heavy use. Boxes measure 14 x 14 x 4.8 cm (5.5 x 5.5 x 1.9"). They are useful at temperatures from -80°C to +121°C (-112°F to +249°F) and feature 81-place 9 x 9 row configurations that hold 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0 ml tubes and cryo vials. Available in five color choices for organization and quick visual identification of samples, these boxes come with secure fitting, lift-off, clear translucent lids for easy content viewing, while matte panels on two sides allow for trouble-free labeling. An alphanumeric grid facilitates tracking of individual samples, and 'no slide' features molded in both the bottom and lid provide secure stacking. Note that these boxes do not fit in standard freezer racks.
