The 100-place polypropylene storage boxes are designed for compact and safe storage of 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0ml tubes and cryo vials, offering durability superior to cardboard boxes, as they are autoclavable and resistant to moisture and heavy use. The dimensions of the boxes are 15.4 x 14.3 x 5.6 cm (6 x 5.7 x 2.2 inches) and 14.3 x 14.3 x 5.6 cm (5.7 x 5.7 x 2.2 inches) without hinges and tab. These storage solutions are suitable for temperatures ranging from -80°C to +121°C (-112°F to +249°F), making them versatile for use on the bench, in the freezer, or during transport. The boxes come in five color options for easy sample organization, feature hinged lids with a snap tab for secure closure, and a clear translucent color that allows visibility of contents. Opaque black boxes are available for light-sensitive samples, and each box position is labeled with an alphanumeric grid to enhance organization. The 'no slide' design, with molded bottom and lid, ensures secure stacking; however, it is important to note that these boxes do not fit in standard freezer racks.
