Safety-vented wash bottles are designed to comply with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) and OSHA's HazCom 2012 requirements regarding workplace labels. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information including the chemical name and formula, GHS pictogram, signal word, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The unique valve design prevents pressure build-up, eliminating the risk of dangerous chemical drips and allowing for dispensing in either an upright or inverted position. These bottles feature a wide mouth (53mm or 2 inches) for easy refilling and are made from translucent LDPE, with sodium hypochlorite bottles being white LDPE for light protection within the 230 to 450nm range and toluene being in a red LDPE bottle. Color-coded polypropylene closures facilitate quick and easy identification. The kit includes 500ml bottles in a quantity of 4 per bag and 1000ml bottles in a quantity of 2 per bag, with an assortment of 4 per bag, including one each of acetone, isopropanol, bleach, and ethanol.
