Safety-vented wash bottles provide compliance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) and OSHA's HazCom 2012 requirements as pertains to "workplace labels." Each bottle is pre-printed with the chemical name and formula, GHS pictogram and signal word, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The unique valve prevents pressure build-up, eliminating potentially dangerous chemical drips and allowing dispensing from the wash bottle in an upright or inverted position. The bottles feature a wide mouth measuring 53mm (2") for easy refilling and are made of translucent LDPE; sodium hypochlorite is contained in a white LDPE bottle for light protection between 230 and 450nm, while toluene is stored in a red LDPE bottle. Additionally, color-coded polypropylene closures facilitate quick and easy identification. The kit includes 500ml bottles in quantities of 4 per bag and 1000ml bottles in quantities of 2 per bag, with an assortment of 4 per bag that includes one each of acetone, isopropanol, bleach, and ethanol.
