The kit includes independent sleeves for 50ml and 15/5ml models, facilitating easy liquid addition and removal while minimizing accidental fluid loss. Each model is equipped with powerful magnets that securely hold beads, and the spring plunger on the tube sleeves of 1.5 to 50ml models allows for bead sequestration at different heights along the tube wall, enhancing bead mixing through simple tube rotation. The 96-well PCR plate model features 24 magnets that hold the plate in place and attract beads to the tube walls, while the flat bottom microplate model is designed with magnets across the entire footprint to accommodate all standard microplates with varying well counts, including 6, 12, 24, 48, and 96 wells. The racks comply with ANSI standards, and their clear acrylic construction provides an unobstructed view of tube contents.
