Filter large volumes quickly with a polyethylene plastic table-top Buchner funnel that includes your choice of Fritware® or perforated filter plate. The funnel features a removable hose barbed connector that accepts a 12.7mm I.D. tube and threads into a 2" NPT bung. It is supported by a multiple ring grid made of HDPE, 6.4mm thick, with a non-porous ring at the periphery of the plate to seal filter paper when used. The Fritware® porous filter plates are available in two porosities: medium (45-90 microns) and coarse (90-130 microns), with a use temperature range of maximum 52°C (125°F) and minimum -20°C (-4°F). The fixed or removable perforated filter plates are made of 4.8mm thick HDPE with 4.8mm perforations on 11mm centers, available in fixed versions for coarse filtration or removable versions for precious metals recovery, with the same temperature range. Additionally, the F36820-0118 funnel trowel is included for quickly and efficiently smoothing fissures during the filtration process. Truck shipping is required for 36" funnels.
