The high-density polyethylene jerricans feature a unique 20cm (8") long spout with a built-in air vent, specifically designed for efficient pouring. The 5-gallon jerrican is equipped with a 2.5cm (1") I.D. pouring spout, while other sizes include a 1.9cm I.D. spout. The spout conveniently retracts into the threaded collar to conserve space, and the collar is sealed by a leakproof screw cap to prevent spills. An extra hand grip located on the bottom of the jerrican ensures positive control during pouring, and there is additional headspace to allow for the expansion of contents. These jerricans are graduated in both U.S. gallons and liters, providing easy measurement for users.
