Filter large volumes quickly with a polyethylene plastic table-top Buchner funnel that offers flexibility with your choice of Fritware® or perforated filter plates. The funnel features a removable hose barbed connector that accommodates a 12.7mm I.D. tube and screws into a " NPT bung on the funnel. It includes fixed or removable Fritware® porous filter plates supported by a multiple ring grid, made of HDPE, with a thickness of 6.4mm and a non-porous ring at the periphery to seal filter paper when utilized. The Fritware® porous filter plates come in two porosities: medium (45-90 microns) and coarse (90-130 microns), with a temperature range of maximum 52°C (125°F) and minimum -20°C (-4°F). Additionally, the fixed or removable perforated filter plates are crafted from 4.8mm thick HDPE, featuring perforations of 4.8mm on 11mm centers. These perforated plates are available in two versions; fixed for coarse filtration or cloth/paper filters, and removable for precious metals recovery, also with the same temperature range. The F36820-0118 funnel trowel is designed for efficiently smoothing fissures that may appear during the filtration process. Please note that truck shipping is necessary for 36" funnels.
