The trough-style spoon is designed for easily transferring small quantities of materials and is available in either plain, polished stainless steel or with a Teflon® FEP coating. It has a length of 17 cm (6.7 inches), making it practical for reaching into various containers. The spoon features a square trough-type end measuring 44 x 8.9 mm (1.75 x 0.35 inches).
