The right-to-know safety-labeled wash bottles feature a unique, 2-piece valve that prevents pressure build-up of solvents, allowing for the venting of volatiles and eliminating solvent drips. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information including the chemical name and formula, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The design includes a valve that eliminates drips while facilitating dispensing in both upright and inverted positions, a wide mouth of 53mm (2") for easy refilling, and a polypropylene closure that is color-coded for easy identification. The bottles are made from translucent, solvent-resistant LDPE, with sodium hypochlorite versions utilizing white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm. These wash bottles comply with OSHA requirements as outlined in the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 and can be labeled with five of the most commonly used solvent names, with custom labeling options also available.
