A unique, 2-piece valve prevents pressure build-up of solvents within these right-to-know safety-labeled wash bottles, allowing for the venting of volatiles and eliminating solvent drips. The bottles are pre-printed with the chemical name and formula, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The valve design allows dispensing of the wash bottle in both upright and inverted positions, and features a wide mouth 53mm (2") opening for easy refilling. Constructed with a polypropylene closure that is color-coded for easy identification, the translucent LDPE material is solvent-resistant, with sodium hypochlorite specifically made from white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm. The product also provides compliance with OSHA requirements as outlined in the Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200. Each bottle is labeled with five of the most commonly used solvent names, with the option for custom labeling available.
