This unique 2-piece valve wash bottle kit prevents pressure build-up of solvents and features a design that allows for the elimination of solvent drips, enabling dispensing in both upright and inverted positions. The package includes a wide-mouth 53mm (2") bottle for easy refilling and comes with a polypropylene closure that is color-coded for easy identification. Made from translucent LDPE, the bottle is solvent-resistant, with a specific white LDPE option for sodium hypochlorite that provides light protection between 230 and 450nm. The bottles are pre-printed with essential information, including the chemical name, formula, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, and Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, along with suggested protective clothing and equipment. Furthermore, the product complies with OSHA requirements outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200 and is labeled with five of the most commonly used solvent names, with options for custom labeling.
