This sterile collection device features a robust sampling scoop that threads into a dedicated leak-proof 190ml (6.5oz) container, ensuring safe and efficient isolation of materials. The device includes Rack No. F19856-0250 for the storage and transportation of Samplit™ containers. The rigid scoop is constructed from white, high-impact polystyrene plastic, providing sufficient strength for coring semi-solids such as cheese, ice cream, and granular materials like soil. Its ribbed handle offers an excellent grip for maneuvering and dispensing samples, while the design ensures containment and ease of dispensing into the clear styrene container. The kit comes with labels for sample identification and is made from FDA grade materials. Each unit is individually sealed and sterilized in a polyethylene bag for one-time use and disposal. It is lot stamped for accurate lot tracing and is shipped with a certificate of processing for sterilization. Note that sterilized products are not returnable.
