The hand-held, cordless homogenizer is designed for efficient processing of one to many samples, featuring a simple push in/pull out pestle exchange system. It includes matched pestle tips and micro tubes that can be used with both the homogenizer and for hand processing. The pestles and tubes ensure tight tolerances for thorough homogenization and grinding, optimizing pellet reconstitution or re-suspension efficiency. They are chemical and heat resistant, and are colorant-free to prevent heavy metal leaching into samples. The tubes have 25% thicker bottoms than the industry standard for added integrity during use, and each tube features frosted side and cap surfaces for labeling, a positive seal "snap-cap" design, and a pierceable top for enhanced functionality. The unique ribbed shaft of the pestles allows for precise finger control during homogenization, accommodating shear-sensitive samples and fitting most motorized mixer adapters. All products are manufactured and packaged in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, certified DNase, RNase, and pyrogen-free, and made from animal and phthalate/phthalate-ester-free polypropylene with lot control and material traceability. The homogenizer kit is available in individually wrapped tubes and pestles over packed in resealable bags of 100 each or bulk packed in a resealable bag featuring an additional heat seal to indicate if the package has been opened. Note that sterilized products are not returnable.
