The sampling kit features a simple insert, rotate, and withdraw motion suitable for cross-sectional sampling of non-flowing, bulk powders and is available in three lengths. It includes an open blade designed for effective sampling of sticky, cohesive powders, and its rounded edges assist in holding the sample in place. Constructed from FDA and EU conforming materials, the lance is safe for use with food, drugs, and cosmetics. The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lance is heat sealed in an individual polyethylene bag and is gamma irradiated sterile (SAL 10-6), ready for one-time use and disposal. Each unit is lot stamped for accurate tracing and shipped with a certificate of processing for sterilization. Please note that sterilized products are not returnable.
