Smsr-A/Af/At spring mounts are engineered to provide effective isolation from critical vibrations while offering all-directional restraint against both vertical and horizontal forces, including those from seismic activities and high wind loads. These mounts are available in three configurations: Smsr-A, which features a top with a bracket and an internal leveling adjustment; Smsr-Af, with a flat top and internal leveling adjustment; and Smsr-At, characterized by a bolted top with leveling adjustment. They are recommended for use with HVAC equipment, fan air circulation systems, compressors, pumps, chillers, AC units, cooling towers, and inertia bases. Key features include a steel housing designed to endure seismic and high wind forces, with options for 1" and 2" deflection at rated load. Each spring at rated loads has an additional 50% travel to solid load, ensuring a safety factor that accommodates 50% extra load from rated to solid load. The mounts are certified under ASHRAE 171-2017 and feature zinc-plated housing for excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, all springs are coated with baked enamel for enhanced corrosion resistance and are color-coded for easy identification in the field, with all mount elements designed to be safe at the solid load.
