Smsr-A/Af/At spring mounts are designed to provide efficient isolation from critical vibrations and all-directional restraint from vertical and horizontal forces, as well as from forces due to seismic activities and high wind loads. There are three available configurations: Smsr-A, which features a top with a bracket and an inside leveling adjustment; Smsr-Af, which has a flat top with an inside leveling adjustment; and Smsr-At, which comes with a bolted top and leveling adjustment. These mounts are recommended for HVAC equipment, fan air circulation systems, compressors, pumps, chillers, AC units, cooling towers, and inertia bases. Key features include a steel housing designed to withstand seismic and high wind forces, available 1" and 2" deflection at rated load, and all springs at rated loads that have 50% additional travel to solid load. The safety factor ensures that the springs will accommodate 50% extra load from rated load to solid load. The mounts are certified to ASHRAE 171-2017 and have zinc-plated housing for excellent corrosion resistance, with all springs coated in baked enamel for further corrosion resistance. Additionally, springs are color-coded for easy field identification, and all mount elements are safe at solid load.
