Diamond® Essentials serological pipettes deliver the expected performance and features of Diamond® serological pipettes in a simplified packaging option. These individually wrapped pipettes are bundled in clear poly bags and packed in robust, recyclable brown corrugated boxes. Both the individual wrappers and the pipettes are color-coded for easy volume identification. The barrier filter plugs help reduce the risk of contamination to pipette controllers from liquids and aerosols, while the paper/plastic wrappers allow for easy peel apart or pop-through access to the sterile pipettes. Manufactured from optically clear USP Class VI polystyrene and calibrated to deliver (TD), these pipettes ensure accuracy of +/- 2% at full volume. They are produced in an ISO 9001:2008 facility within a Class 100,000 cleanroom and sterilized by gamma irradiation to SAL 10-6. Additionally, they are certified free from DNase, RNase, endotoxins, and pyrogens, meeting the requirements for the most critical scientific testing methods. The pipettes feature reverse graduations for convenient aspiration and dispensing, negative graduations on all sizes down to -10ml on 25ml and 50ml pipets, and are engineered with anti-drip tips. Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on individual pipette wrappers, and they fit all major brands of pipette controllers. The calibration of these pipettes is certified for accuracy.
