The kit includes precision molded closures made from low-density polyethylene, designed to fit firmly on tubes and withstand rigorous procedures including centrifugation. Featuring easy-on and easy-off functionality, the caps allow for simple and quick removal. These polyethylene (PE) universal caps are specifically designed to recap most 12mm, 13mm, and 16mm evacuated glass blood collection tubes. The flexible closures provide protection from aerosols of highly infectious microorganisms, and they are available in 8 colors for easy sample identification. Please note that these caps are not suitable for autoclaving.
